We have an immediate opening for an experienced Architect or Project Designer to join our Civic Studio. In this studio, we fundamentally believe in the Ask, Listen, Create mantra, which we use every day to deliver successful projects. This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly with a well-established team. What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with the development of conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials for civic project types
• Participate in interviews, proposals and presentations
• Communicate with clients and consultants throughout all phases of the project
• Maintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standards
• Assist with processing and reviewing RFI’s, shop drawings, submittals, and samples expeditiously
• Take direction from the project manager and assist with construction documents and Revit model creations
• Work on multiple projects of varying sizes, providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of design

What you need:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• 6+ years of professional architecture experience
• Proficiency in Revit; Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, Rhino, Grasshopper, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office 365
• On the path to professional architectural licensure
• An appreciation of our Ask. Listen. Create methodology
• An interest in growing in your role
• The willingness to occasionally travel, as there may be limited travel required
