Job Description

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join this growing Boston area combination medical device company dedicated to developing and commercializing products designed to address challenges of people with gastrointestinal disorders and rare diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an efficient process for managing inventory of supplies, chemicals and equipment
• Order supplies, ensure equipment and instruments are calibrated and ready for use at all times.
• Coordinate testing at external laboratories by requesting quotes, preparing samples and arranging for shipment of materials.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of work experience in biotechnology or medical device industry is desired.
• Highly motivated, flexible and enjoy working in a team-based environment with an interest in learning about new product development, medical devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
