Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
Department: Counseling (Division III)
Classification: Staff – Full Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Divisional Administrative Director
Location: Antioch University Seattle, WA campus, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations
Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The typical hiring range for this position is: $19.00 per hour.
Position Summary
This Administrative Coordinator supports all administrative processes for Division III in the Counseling, Psychology, Therapy (CPT) School, and helps coordinate student onboarding and support, course planning, Brightspace processes and access for faculty and students, course registration, events, and clinical intensive residencies. Additionally, the Coordinator works closely with the Practicum and Internship team to process affiliation agreement and other clinical processes. The Administrative Coordinator ensures a welcoming, customer focused environment for students, staff, faculty and visitors.
The Coordinator works with students, faculty, and other university offices as needed. Programs include, but are not limited to: CMHC MA in person Keene, CMHC MA Online/low residency, School Counseling, CMHC Art Therapy Concentration, CMHC Drama Therapy Concentration, CES PhD, with a special focus on CMHC in person Seattle.

This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
